Solution Focused Hypnotherapy – 90 mins

This is a combination of psychotherapy followed by hypnosis. Prior to this I offer a free initial consultation where we meet, assess your needs and discuss what you want to achieve, how hypnotherapy can help you and how many sessions you are likely to need.

Reiki-Psychotherapy – 90 mins

This is a combination of psychotherapy followed by Reiki. Prior to this I offer a free initial consultation where we meet, assess your needs and discuss what you want to achieve, how Reiki-Psychotherapy can help you and how many sessions you are likely to need.

Reiki treatments – 60 mins or 90 mins

For Reiki treatments taken alone, or in combinations where there is no psychotherapeutic component such as the Reiki-Spiritual or the Reiki-Longg, the consultation forms part of the session and a separate consultation booking is not required.
