All sessions are £90 and are a minimum of 90 mins.
During the free initial consultation we will have discussed some of the elements, but it’s a dynamic process so please feel free to ask me anything at any time.
I may not include all the different modalities at my disposal in every or any of your sessions. What I include or exclude will be tailored to fit you personally. I will explain what I’m intending to do at each step, and will include things I think will be useful, but only with your permission. So if there is any element or suggestion that you don’t want to experience as part of one or all of your sessions, then that won’t form part of that session or sessions. This is a whole person, holistic experience which recognises that you know what’s best for you and you’re always in charge.
With that proviso in place, some of the things that we might choose to include are:
Reiki
Reiki is considered an energy healing modality and for students of Usui Reiki, particularly at master degree level, is also followed as a spiritual practice by the practitioner.
Emotional Freedom Technique / EFT / tapping
EFT is such a useful, empowering technique which I may use as part of your therapy and/or teach you to use for yourself whenever you need it.
Psychotherapy
Solution Focused psychotherapy is the model of psychotherapy (talking therapy) that I use. It can be used alone and is often employed in combination with the other therapies.
Clinical Hypnosis
Clinical Hypnosis is a specific method of deep relaxation and trance which can be used for ingraining the work we’ve done in the session.
Solution Focused Hypnotherapy
This hypnotherapy is a combination of the Solution Focused psychotherapy and clinical hypnosis.
Spiritual
Discussion, guidance, or simply sharing and being heard by a seasoned spiritual adventurer, it’s for those wishing to explore, have questions about, or are already following a spiritual path of any type. Details for this can be found on the Reiki page because they complement each other so well, but it can be combined with something else, or on its own.
